Yoga Nidra – Yoga of Sleep
Yoga Nidra is a profound relaxation practice I have used personally for years and within my therapeutic yoga sessions. Neuropsychology has revealed that yogic sleep positively affects our brain, body, and entire physiology and psychology. It calms the thoughts and improves concentration. It also improves memory and learning ability.
This practice is for everyone.
I will be offering sessions in Yoga Nidra on a donation-only basis until the end of this year to support the Northern hemispheres seasonal changes, which can profoundly affect many people and increase feelings of depression, S.A.D. and anxiety.
